Hey all! So, here's our first contest. Who's gonna be the lucky two who get animus powers for the first time?
Here's what you have to do:
Fill out this forum:
USERNAME: NAME: RP EXAMPLE (150+ words):
So, for your RP example, the more words the merrier, just don't start being random and saying 'blah blah blah', cause thats annoying. You have to roleplay like you already have your animus powers.
Then, next your going to have to fill out this forum, too. Attach it to the same post.
What you would do if you had powers?
Would you use them often?
Would you use them for good or evil?
Will you create an item that make sure you never turn into an evil, lost-soul, raging monster?
The last question is for fun, you can't create anything. It only depends on how much you use your powers. Then, here's another question.
Describe your character for me.
After you finish filling out all of those questions attached to one post, you must go to your queen and ask if it's okay to be an animus. I also have to know what your rank is in your kingdom, and from a scale of 1 to 10 how evil you are. If you are a nightwing and you already have a mind-reading or future telling ability, you cannot be an animus.
Have fun!

USERNAME: @//destiny NAME: Destiny RP EXAMPLE (150+ words):
Destiny hid in a small, cold corner of her cave, her winglet surrounding her with looks of hatred. The only two who didn't look like they wanted to kill her were Scorch, the Sandwing, who looked worried, and Pomegranate, the Rainwing, who looked sleepy and careless. Somehow Flurry had figured out she had animus powers, and blabbered off to the rest of the winglet. Now, Flurry stepped forward to gove a speech to Destiny, her snout twisted with fury.
"You lied to us," she started, giving Destiny the guilt talk. "You lied to us all. I thought we could trust you. You actually seemed different from the other worms that call themselves Nightwings. You seemed trustworthy, but I guess I was wrong. You can't be trusted. We literally asked you if you had any horrible, flithy powers. Your a dishonest, decitful, dishonorable worm like the rest of the black winged crawlers. Obviously, we can't trust you, so we won't allow you to be part of our winglet. We've discussed this privately already. Relentless, your turn."
The burly Skywing stepped toward Destiny, glaring at her black form. "All I have to say is, I hope I never see you again." He stepped back and looked at Sorch, signaling his turn.
Scorch stepped foward and looked at Destiny, who stared at the floor, a tear rolling down her cheek. He reached out his wings and gathered her close to him. She rested her head on his shoulder and started to sob. Scorch started at the wall, and muttered quitely to her, "It's okay, it's alright. I don't care what they think, I know your not a monster. You might stare at me constantly in the library, but I know who you are on the inside, and your my sweet, innocent friend." He closed his eyes and held her closer to his chest, warming her cold scales with his wings. As she pulled away, he wiped away one of her tears and stepped back. He turned to look at Pomegranate, Relentless, Flurry, Urchin, and Auburn. "If this is how you treat a dragon when you discover she has powers, then I can't be part of this winglet either." Scorch turbed and lead Destiny out of the cave, snorting as he went out.
Destiny looked up at his handsome face, surprised, confused, and lovestruck. She didn't know if she should start crying, smiling or hug him. As they walked down the cave, she bumped into his side.
"Thank you for doing that back there. I really would have--" She started, but Scorch cut her off by raising a talon.
"Don't even start that," he said, looking her in the eye. "They shouldn't have done that to you. You don't deserve that, and they don't deserve you. If that's how they treat Nightwings who are different, then their snobby smokebreathers." Scorch paused, twining his tail with hers. "Your better than them." He smiled his perfect smile.
Destiny flipped, and she thought she was going to faint. "Come with me," she said, untwining her tail and running down the halls of Jade Mountain. She had finnaly figured out how to get to the entrance, and she felt Scorch close on her tail, the warmth of his scales making her tail burn. As she ran outside, she hopped gracefully into the sky, flapping her wings and soaring high into the sky. Scorch swooped around her, making her laugh. She swung her tail and angled herself to land on a ledge pultruding from the side of the mountain. As she landed, she picked up a smooth stone near her talons. Scorch was not too far behind her, and landed almost as soon as she did. She spoke to the stone, then handed it to Scorch.
"What's it do?" he asked, noticing she had enchanted it.
"As long as it's touching your scales, nothing will be able to hurt you. Nor fire or talons."
Scorch smiled at her. "Thank you."
What you would do if you had powers?
I would hide them from almost everyone, and use them for only good. I would give dragons gifts and heal dragons who would otherwise die.
Would you use them often?
Not much, only when needed.
Would you use them for good or evil?
Good, unless I lost my soul, then I wouldn't have much of a choice.
Will you create an item that make sure you never turn into an evil, lost-soul, raging monster?
Of course I will, to prevent from using my powers from evil. I would probably make a necklace that would enchant thing when I speak to it.
Describe your character for me.
My character is an extremely friendly Nightwing with an adventerous soul. Her scales are dark blue, almost black, and she has light blue rimmed around her eyes. Down her side, she has light blue scales that look like stars, and her wings are black with lots of stars. She is a bit smaller, but not too small. She is pretty, with an elegant snout and untouched scales. Her blue eyes are like saphires shinning in the dark. Even though her colors aren't the most beautiful of Nightwings, her tribe would call her attractive. She has a charming smile with extremely white teeth. She never lived on the Nightwing island, but she doesn't have mind-reading or future telling abilities, since she was born on a waxing moon. She likes dark purple roses.
